1. PRICING
Pricing is based on container measurement basis. When clients make certain order with some amounts below the capacity of the container, clients should pay for USD125 for extra cost of shipping. Prices and images which are displayed in this website are merely indicative. All orders will be confirmed at the time clients send us inquiry order or when clients place order.
2. FRAMES OF PRODUCTION TIME
We have our own standards in which we allow 4 to 6 weeks time of production for several goods like handicrafts and house wares. Especially for wooden furniture, we can stipulate ten weeks of minimum. There will be some times which are spared for preparation prior to shipping. We require one week for allowing the furniture collection to the process of quality control, packing procedures, and goods loading. Yet, just in case the amount of order is much larger in amount, the our staff will have to make revision upon the team of production based on case by case.
3. QUALITY CONTROLS
Our company has no zero tolerance upon failure on goods production and we apply very selective quality controls. This process is considered the most important part from all methods applied in all procedures from inquiring to shipping. At the time our quality control team members find any damages or breakages upon the items we receive from suppliers, we will return them on clients’ behalf by giving clients the notification related to the problems. Just in case we have available stocks with the same kinds, we will directly send them to clients, based on clients’ approval. Our staff is very strict to this policy and it will remain the same to keep our good reputation.
It requires such hard effort in keeping good reputation because our company has to deal with various suppliers providing various goods and quality. Yet, we don’t want to disappoint all clients, with no exception, and we will strict to the policy of high quality controls. So, we require good communication both ways from suppliers and from clients so that we can reduce further troubles in time to come.
We accept complaints on damaged goods when clients have shown us the picture of the broken goods. Here, we require good communications from clients when they demand to have their damaged goods replaced.
4. MINIMUM ORDERS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
IBI Sourcing Agent requires at least USD3,000 for minimum order for handicrafts and carving products. Any order with less than USD3,000 will be charged for USD125 for the extra cost of shipping.
In terms of payment, we accept fifty percent down payment for all kinds of payment methods and clients can pay the rest of fifty percent upon picking up from the sellers. The methods of payments include :
• Cash
• Western Union Money Transfer
• International Bank Transfer
5. INVOICING
IBI Sourcing Agent will issue all invoicing and one invoice per one shipping is supplied for purposes of exports and it will be delivered to the company of export shipping which will issue shipping invoice for the departments of customs at the destination countries.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We use three kinds of shipping and delivery and clients can choose the best one based on their needs and budget.
• Airfreight
It is the most expensive method of shipping for delivering the goods on clients. Our company will handle pickup service thoroughly from the suppliers to the airport of clients’ city destination. Prices will be based upon weight and volume per kilogram
• Less than Container Loads
Clients usually choose this kind of shipping when their orders are less than container loads and they don’t need the goods for urgent matters. It is strongly recommended that clients should take insurance when choosing this method because their orders will be loaded and unloaded several times before reaching clients’ city destination. Prices may be variable based on the destination though all costs include fees of requirements’ documents and costs of fumigation at the destination place. The prices will be counted based on cubic meters instead of weight.
• Full Container Load
We provide FCL shipping with choices of containers measured in 20 feet (30m3), 40 feet (62m3) and 40 feet high cube (72m3). The containers mentioned above are subject for less handling because they are generally loaded at manufacturers in our country or warehouse of the cargo and unpacked at the destination country.
